Muskegon Crossings
📍 Muskegon, MI
A former white metal foundry — closed for years with serious environmental challenges. We worked with the city to rezone the 30-acre site for retail and secured Brownfield funds and grants to remediate the property for development. This was a 30-acre development with Home Depot, Aldi, Dollar Tree, and more.

Cottonwood Center
📍 West Michigan
A dated center with strong bones — shadow anchored by Meijer. We redeveloped the existing building, added a second retail structure, and upgraded the tenant mix to national and regional tenants with longer-term leases.

Holton Road Retail Center & Car Wash
📍 West Michigan
Tenants who had succeeded next to Meijer elsewhere were looking for another opportunity. We located a site directly across from a newer Meijer — large enough for a 20,000 SF retail center and an adjacent new car wash.

Walmart Shadow Retail Center
📍 West Michigan
A client owned a closed freestanding JCPenney. We sold part of the site to Walmart and developed a 22,000 SF retail center on the remaining land — positioned next to Walmart and directly across the street from Meijer.

Grand Central Plaza
📍 West Michigan
Hired to handle all initial leasing for a new 124,000 SF retail center. Years later, when the owner was ready to retire, we sourced and closed a transaction with an out-of-state buyer from California.

US-31 Kmart Redevelopment
📍 West Michigan (US-31 Interchange)
A Super Kmart vacated a 101,000 SF anchor at a high-visibility US-31 interchange. We repositioned the space with Goodwill, Planet Fitness, and Citi Trends — turning a major vacancy into a diversified, high-traffic tenant lineup.
Knapp’s Corner
📍 Grand Rapids, MI
Assembled 45 acres from 13 separate owners and arranged a jurisdictional transfer from Grand Rapids Township to the City of Grand Rapids to secure retail zoning. Thirty acres were sold to Meijer; the balance developed for restaurants and national retailers.
