- Power Center, Grand Rapids: Assembled 40 acres near Metropolitan Hospital for a major retail power center.

Katie Lovley, MBA
Katie Lovley is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in retail, office, land, and redevelopment opportunities across West Michigan. With nearly a decade of experience, she has built a reputation for understanding how deals actually come together, from early strategy and positioning through execution and closing.
Katie’s background in transaction coordination and operations gives her a detailed understanding of the full deal lifecycle, allowing her to approach each assignment with both structure and flexibility. She works with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers to identify opportunities, navigate complexity, and create strategies that align with long-term goals.
Her work spans a variety of asset types, with a particular focus on multi-tenant retail, neighborhood centers, and value-add opportunities throughout Michigan. Katie brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to her work, grounded in market knowledge, creativity, and a clear understanding of how to move projects forward.
Katie began her career in 2016 in an operations role supporting commercial real estate transactions, where she developed a strong foundation in deal flow, documentation, and client coordination. She transitioned into brokerage in 2018 and has since built a diverse portfolio of listings and client relationships across Michigan.
Her experience on both the operational and advisory sides of the business allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline processes, and guide clients through each stage of a transaction with clarity and confidence.

In addition to her professional work, Katie has personally renovated multiple residential properties, providing her with firsthand experience from an ownership and investment perspective. This hands-on background informs her approach and allows her to better understand the goals and challenges of her clients.
